We have a team of cutters with an average of more than 15 years of experience to hand cut and tailor each piece of meat to your needs. This means we can provide non-standard quantities and sizes. If you want 111 pieces, we will cut that amount. See this page for more.
We offer custom grinds tailored to fit your needs in fat content, palatability and bite, size and shape, and flavor profile. To give you an idea of our flexibility and creativity, we even created a “Home Plate” shaped burger for a local baseball team. Click here.
