2. Southern Foods is a licensed provider of Certified Angus Beef®, regarded by many as the most tender, flavorful beef available. Just 8% of graded beef earns the distinction. All beef is aged for 21-28 days (or to your specifications) in our chilled aging room.
3. Because we have our own in-house meat and seafood shops, your beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry, and seafood can be custom cut to your exact specifications. We have the tightest trim specifications in the industry - 60 experienced employees work three full shifts to provide you what you want, when you want it.
4. You will have access to the freshest seafood available. Shipments arrive daily from Europe, South America, and the Pacific Northwest, as well as superior fishing grounds along the Atlantic seaboard. Because we have our own state of the art smokehouse, you can choose from a full line of smoked seafood items.
5. You will find us easy to work with. Our team of 22 culinary-trained sales consultants, as well as a full inside sales team, are available to assist you with all of your needs. We'll gladly break cases to get you just the quantity you require.
